November 25, 2008 – The panelists discuss how new media and new technology might be impacted by the Obama administration. The president-elect has already talked about creating a new administration position of chief technology officer. The panelists also discuss whether the federal government should get get involved with improving Internet access in rural areas, much as it did with expanding electric service to rural areas during the 1930s.
