January 22, 2008 – The panelists take a look at the financial challenges facing WTVP, which is the public television station in Peoria. The station borrowed money seven years ago to buy new equipment and move into new facilities. Bank of America has now notified WTVP that it will not renew its letter of credit, even though the station has never missed a payment.
