November 27, 2007 – The panelists discuss a dispute between some members of the media and the Illinois High School Association. The IHSA says it holds the rights to images - such as photos - that are taken at events such as the state football championship games.
The association says newspapers and other media should be allowed to use those images only for publication and should not be allowed to sell them separately. The IHSA banned some photojournalists from the field for the football championships over the weekend because their news organizations would not agree to the rule.
