Rushville, IL – A program to give youngsters in Rushville their first work experience is being expanded. The Workforce Investment Program will have six slots this summer instead of two. Coordinator Sharon Hankins says those chosen will work for six weeks with a non-profit organization such as the library or hospital. Hankins says the youth can earn up to $770 for the summer, and have a job to list on their resume. The program begins in June.
