LaHarpe, IL – Two business groups in LaHarpe have cooperated on the town's first business and tourism brochure. Designer Jenny Little says the Golden Rule Club and the town's Economic Development Association sponsored the project. Little says the brochure will first be distributed at the downtown Santa Claus parade. Then it will go to tourism brochure racks throughout the Tri-State area. She says arrangements have already been made to have it on display in Quincy and Carthage.
