Rushville, IL – Former Rushville alderman David Haney will be sworn in as a replacement for Alderman Terry Millslagle, who has moved out of his ward. Mayor Ron Shepherd says Haney served a full term in the past, but did not run again when he had conflicts with his teaching schedule. He says the schedule has changed, and Haney will be sworn in at next month's meeting and serve through April. Shepherd says he hopes Haney will seek another term.
