Rushville, IL – Rushville aldermen have installed Stacey Ervin as City Clerk while making provisions to get her some help if needed. Mayor Ron Shepherd says aldermen approved a special appropriation of up to $12,000 for consulting fees with former clerk Rebecca Koch. Shepherd says Ervin has worked as a deputy clerk previously, and has a good idea of the tasks involved. He says Former clerk Rebecca Koch has taken a job with a consulting firm in Beardstown.
