May 9, 2008 – Rich Egger's guest is Janice Welsch, who is one of the organizers for the 15th Annual Dealing With Difference Institute. The conference will be held May 20-21 on the campus of Western Illinois University. The Institute will feature a keynote presentation by Maurice Ashley, who's the first African-American International Grandmaster of Chess.
