Macomb, IL – Chairwoman Alice Henry says they'll seek either a low-interest state loan, or a loan from a local financial institution. The courthouse was last re-roofed about 20 years ago, but has leaks on the north side and northeast corner. Henry says the bids on the project are all around 100-thousand dollars. She says the committee will have to work rapidly because some of the bids have only a two-month valid period.
