April 7 Election Results: Referenda

Macomb Mayor Mike Inman (left) congratulates McDonough County Board Member Jerry Tyson on passage of the county's sales tax referendum.

The McDonough County sales tax referendum received overwhelming support, as did Schuyler County's request to extend a road tax.  The Warsaw and Hamilton School Districts were also successful, but referenda were rejected in the West Burlington School District, Clark County, and the city of Alexandria.
