70’s greats like the Eagles, Jim Croce, Billy Joel, Jackson Browne, Van Morrison, Tom Waits and more are performed by the talented company at Sugar High in a celebration of these icons of the era. Some of today’s most notable singer/songwriters like Sara Bareilles and Ed Sheeran are highlighted as well revealing the endurance and popularity of this style of music.
“This show was extremely difficult to write.” remarked director Melanie Delbridge-Heskett. “The sheer volume of wonderful songs these artists created made it very difficult to choose. Each one of these amazing writers deserves an entire evening of their music but we chose the songs that, for us, sum up their amazing catalog of music.
